By accessing or using the CISOAIA website (cisoaia.com) and the CyRep application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

CISOAIA provides cybersecurity awareness and education tools, including the CyRep application — a gamified daily learning platform featuring quizzes, streaks, leaderboards, and progress tracking across cybersecurity topics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@cisoaia.com

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Services (bots, scrapers, etc.) without prior written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Share or distribute quiz content outside the platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to quiz questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CISOAIA and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. Leaderboards and Scoring

CISOAIA reserves the right to modify scoring algorithms, reset leaderboards, or remove accounts that demonstrate fraudulent or manipulative behavior. Our goal is to maintain fair competition for all users.

8. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The educational content provided through CyRep is for general awareness purposes and should not be considered professional cybersecurity advice for specific situations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, CISOAIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting support@cisoaia.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.
